This agreement outlines the expectations, policies, and responsibilities between Jaxy Cats Pet Services ("Service Provider") and the client ("Pet Owner"). By using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App.
Holiday services incur a $20/day additional fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled service to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial or full-service fees.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.
In case of an emergency, Jaxy Cats Pet Services is authorized to seek veterinary care for my pet(s). I agree to be responsible for all related expenses.

Jaxy Cats Pet Services agrees to provide loving, professional care. However, we are not liable for:
Illnesses or accidents not due to negligence
Behavioral issues resulting in injury or property damage
Pets that escape due to faulty fencing or other home issues
Provide accurate and up-to-date care instructions
Ensure access to home (keys, codes, etc.)
Disclose any aggression, behavioral issues, or escape risks
Maintain pet supplies and medications
I agree to receive photos and text updates during service.
I give Jaxy Cats Pet Services permission to use my pet's image in marketing (website, social media, etc.).
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated in this agreement.
