Service Policies
At Jaxy Cats Pet Services, we believe in clear communication, transparency, and accountability. These service policies outline how we operate and what you can expect when you trust us with your beloved pets.
1. Service Area We proudly serve San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and surrounding neighborhoods within a 10-mile radius of zip code 85140. Services requested outside this range may incur additional travel fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the first scheduled visit to receive a refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to partial or full charges.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
4. Holiday Policy

An additional fee of $20/day applies to services on recognized holidays.

Holidays include (but are not limited to): Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day.

Holiday bookings fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance.
5. Meet & Greet Requirement
All new clients are required to schedule a free 30-minute Meet & Greet prior to the first service. This allows us to:

Learn about their routines

Review care instructions

Answer any questions
6. Pet Requirements & Safety
To ensure the safety of your pets and our sitters:

Pets must be up to date on vaccinations

We must be informed of any behavioral issues or aggression risks

Clients must disclose escape risks, health conditions, or unusual routines

Medications must be properly labeled with dosage instructions
7. Emergency Care & Vet Authorization

We require emergency contact information and your veterinarian’s details

In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every effort to contact you

If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care and you will be responsible for any costs incurred
8. Home Access & Security

Clients are responsible for providing access to the home (key, code, or other method)

Keys are labeled with coded tags and stored securely

We will not label keys with names or addresses

Any keys left on file are locked when not in use
9. Communication During Visits

We provide photo and text updates during each visit (if consent is given)

Clients can also request a summary of care at the end of the service period
10. Satisfaction Guarantee We’re committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not happy with our service, please let us know immediately. We will do everything we can to make it right.
